I walked outside yesterday & the sun was shining, it was a beautiful day, & the deck was clear so I rolled out my mat & filmed a very doable ( sitting & lying down) stretch session for you. ( the above photo was not yesterday!)
It was totally spontaneous.
It is also very raw.
Many business courses will tell you to polish your offerings and make sure everything is just right.
But for me it is super important (probably MORE important) to encourage you to remove whatever obstacles are preventing you from doing the things you say you are going to do. Taking away all the excuses.
Moore Nourishing Life is here to help you weave into your day the practices
that address positive physical, emotional & mental wellbeing.
And please know that I am right there with you. I am not pretending to be anything other than what I am. I want my work to be professional to reflect my experience & knowledge, but also relatable, effective & sustainable.
This video is FAR from perfect.
I am not wearing yoga clothes, nor make-up. My hair is a bit diabolical. And there is some wind interference. It’s not scripted. I get a cramp in my leg in the middle of it. My hands disappear from the top of the screen, because I didn’t frame it up properly.
You get me just as I was.
If I had stopped to fuss over my hair, clothes, & dodgy eyebrows, the moment would have been over- it would have taken me probably 2 hours to organise something that was ‘just right’ & you would get it in maybe a months time after all the editing.
It’s easy sometimes to slip into making excuses to not do something. Put it in the too hard basket. But keeping our focus on the intention behind why we do something helps keep us on track. Also releasing expectations, the should, could, woulds is really liberating.
Life does not have to be curated. Things don’t have to be perfect for you to begin.
If you are still on holidays, you might find 30 minutes for a breather, a stretch, a mini meditation to come back home to yourself…and feel all the better for it.
So if you are still keen ( I know, I haven’t really sold it well!),
….here is the link to a simple 30 minute stretch.

PS: Another imperfect moment in my day….This is a picture of my omelette this morning. Doesn’t much look like an omelette, but its got all the right ingredients to be delicious and nutritious.
Remember things don’t have to be perfect to do the job. X
